I love this idea where just a little mindfullness and focused intent can not only make a huge difference in what I'm experiencing but also what every being is experiencing without violating the free will of each. When I combine this with inspired choice, life not only becomes vastly more abundant for me but also aids ALL in moving towards that experience for themselves... Simple, elegant and loving!
Example intentions I came up with for me: with every step I take, may EVERY life form on this plain be blessed - with every dollar I make, may I and ALL be blessed 100 fold more - with every computer I build or work on, may I and it's owners be blessed - with every moment I spend with my mate (when I have one), may she & I be blessed with ecstasy - with every bite I take and fluid I drink, may every life form be blessed and fully sustained with nourishment and life energy, all that's needed for the fullest expression of life that day and every day... these are just some initial examples I came up with but you can see where each could make up their own...
