Eric Dubay - The Importance of Proper Breathing and How to Do It - Highly Recommmended

As of late (last couple of years especially) I’ve been more focused on more natural health related maintenance due to my own challenges. Truth is, I’ve always leaned organic since I was 14 but essentially have also always been imbalanced, as example, in not combining the right foods such as nearly always combining Fats & Carbs. You know, having cheese cake or ice cream, stuff like that. Did you know that the combining of Fats and Carbs is one of the worst things you can do to your self? Add to this, when the carb in question just happens to be GMO corn syrup based and the fat an over heated soy (also GMO based) or peanut or vegetable oil or even big Dairy pasteurized (over heated), perhaps a combination there of and you’ve got yourself one of the most TOXIC practices in the world. It really is no wonder that Americans are the most unhealthy humans on the planet with nearly 70% being over weight and a percentage thereof being significantly Obese. The thing is, I just described the typical American diet that most of Americans grew up on and that the American Medical Association has been encouraging since the 1940’s that of “you need to have the 4 basic food groups at every meal” - what a crock! Ironic, don’t you think, that the industry that most gains from our unhealth just happens to be the one that has encouraged us to continue such bad habits and has been party to insuring that those bad habits are all the worse via GMO and many other WORST case manufacturing practices… Anyway, I’m off topic here. The point of this video is that proper breathing and posture can be one of your best daily practices back to health! Eric Dubay is a master martial artist and is nearly a life long student of breathing, meditation, yoga and martial arts and so is helpful to us by first explaining why this is SO very important and then demonstrating how to do it and the variations thereof (at around 14 minutes, 30 seconds into the presentation). Summing up I would encourage two things if you asked; Practice Breathing techniques such as this every day and try to ONLY do Raw Fats (remember that fats do NOT make you fat, carbs do!), NEVER combining such with carbs (sugars, bread, potatos, honey, maple syrup etc.) and if you do need to do carbs such as pasta, do these by themselves or with vegetable roughage and or proteins. Yeah, things like toast with butter is a really bad habit… You will NOT hear from your Doc or the medical establishment any truth about this, nor will you hear this from big Health Experts, via the media...
