Like Chris, I've been doing IT for a long time, 37 years now and am always surprised when big corps show clear signs of not giving a good gawd damn about their products and customers. In truth, the entire tech industry is rife with this but also, still there exists many such as MSI, Gigabyte, Asus that continue to support users over corporate edics. I appreciate Chris for speaking up and making a presentation like this - as sometimes I have felt like I was the only IT guy out there telling the truth about MS and other tech giants who are clearly following agendas rather than serving their customer base - Close to a BILLION people negatively effected by absurd Microsh_t decisions and behavior - I do Linux systems that are just as beautiful, less expensive, way more private and secure and that are MUCH faster - or just spend quite a bit more on a Apple Mac though Apple is having lots of issues and not tending to them well as well as also mining user data more than ever before... Sad how inhuman Corps seem to be these days...
