So the issue of Net Neutrality is way more important than we realize. The Internet, after all, is just there and it works and we kind of take it for granted. The truth is, the Internet is easy and wonderful and practically like driving or walking or anything else just part of our life but the reason it's like that is because it's pretty well-designed. So big guys like Comcast, like Verizon, like AT&T - these big organizations want to make more money and they want to control what we see what we download and what we do on the web. If they win the Internet is going to become a lot less friendly a lot more expensive and frankly, very annoying, I know I won't want to use it anymore, though I'll probably have to for my work but it's very likely that even the process of downloading drivers and software may be severely limited to items that they want us to have rather than what we need and should have... In this video Barniclies does a good job of explaining Net Neutrality and what's at stake... I encourage you all who read this and watch this video to get involved anyway you can to Simply say NO to changing the internet in anyway. Having said that, I know that the internet does have some seriously dark corners but with a little common sense and some good software we pretty much function day in and day out without any - most of us do anyway...
