Here in the US people have No idea at all just how big and frankly, how foundational to our economy the War Engine truly is. There are many thousands of military sub-contractors in an industry worth trillions in annual business... Our utterly corrupt government simply MUST keep a public enemy in order to keep the War engine going... It 's ISIS or ISIL or whatever right now but eventually they will run out of credible enemies and then it will be aliens where the military will simulate alien tech and attack and then it will be on...
