This is a great, succinct presentation on what Stress does to us - so much bigger impact then we might imagine - Love, Breathing Deeply, Accepting yourself, others, circumstances, Allowing yourself to be as you are, as others are, as circumstances are, Embracing all in your Heart, most especially yourself and finally Release of all judgement of everything most especially Self Judgement - these are what Unconditional Love is and it is the most affective Anti-Stress Practice there is! It Starts with the Choice to simply do that and to be that followed by simply walking it out each day as best you can...
