Officially, Ventura County has said "No, we are not doing this" but it does appear as if this is going to be pushed thru and tested somewhere, then rolled out uipon the entire world population... Just Say No to Participation - BTW, did you knoiw that if you have an Android Phone that you can put it in "Developer Mode" then go to Developer Options and shut off Automatic Updates - Before you ask, No, there is likely Nothing that actually needs updating in any new phone... and Yes, this can be also be done on most iPhones as well though a bit more complicated...
